When I visited Jeff Wood in Bowdon at the ends of 2013, I asked him to prepare a typical English dish. So he cooked some Cheesy Beans. During dinner we reflected for a moment on Wedding Videography.

To have met Demetrio Caracciolo Videographer, president of ANV (Associazione Nazionale Videografi) not only represented to win a lifelong friend, but also to meet a professional who helped me to understand who I am: a “Videographer”.
First of all, because I use video, not celluloid, as my audiovisual support.
And second, in a more metaphorical, profound way, considering the etymology of the word itself (“video” from the latin “I see”)
So, my dear colleague: if you use a video camera, I dare to suggest you: do not proclaim yourself “filmaker”, “cinematographer” or anything like that.
Proclaim yourself a VIDEOGRAPHER!
